MS Might've Picked a Fight... But It Picked the Wrong Woman!

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008.

It’s a hidden disability that’s changed my life behind the scenes, but it’s also shaped who I am: as a woman, a coach, and a business owner.

I chose to turn it into a superpower. I’ve challenged the stereotypes, pushed back on the health professionals, and fought — hard — to stay strong, stubborn, and fiercely independent.

When  medication damaged my hair and it started to fall out, I didn't hide away. I shaved it off, put on a full face of makeup, and owned it!

As it grew back, I treated myself to a tonne of wigs and was a different woman every day - bold, playful, defiant.

That's what you do when life tries to knock you down: you rise, you adapt, and you do it looking fabulous!

Not just for me, but for everyone who needs a reminder:
You don’t have to give up, give in, or shrink your life to fit your diagnosis.

Did you know I wrote a book?

I wrote my book for the people I might never get to meet - the ones who need a reminder that life doesn't end with a diagnosis.

'How Multiple Sclerosis Changed My Life... For the Better' is raw, honest, funny and full of heart.

It's my story, yes - but it's also my legacy. Something that will live on longer than me, continuing to encourage, uplift and light a fire in anyone who reads it.

If it helps just one person keep going, then every word was worth it!

Award Winning!
My Proudest Moment

One of the proudest moments of my life was being named one of the finalists for the Pride in Diversity Awards 2025  'Positive Role Model' award— let alone actually winning it

To be recognised for my work as a business coach, a role model, and someone who lives to lift others up meant the world to me.

Helping people feel happy, supported, and capable is the most important part of what I do, and this award was such a beautiful reminder that it matters.

It now sits proudly in my living room — a daily reminder of a truly unforgettable night.

Thank you to everyone who voted for me, and to the judges for choosing me as a winner.

I’m still buzzing!

Want to book me for a talk, podcast or interview? I'm in!

If you're looking for honesty, humour and a whole lot of heart - let's make it happen!
